Happy holiday season! These last two years have been something else, but I am so very thankful for each of the moments I shared and spent with my clients. 2021 was one filled with more elopements, micro weddings, backyard wedding, as well as many captured memories of newborns from past clients. I feel so honored when clients allow me to capture different chapters of their life.

There was a sense of spontaneity and relaxation to it all. The location on the Oregon coast was decided a couple days before and the spontaneity of their “up-for-anything” attitude made the shoot fun. They ended their elopement shoot with a backdrop of Cannon Beach, a glow of sunset, and a run into the cold waters of the Pacific Ocean as newlyweds.

I always envisioned this being a perfect place to say your vows. In partnership with Portland Parks and Rec, the redwood deck is located in Hoyt Arboretum - Portland, OR. This area was founded in 1928 to conserve endangered species and educate the community.
Read MoreChelsea and Morgan were the sweetest couple to work with and was ecstatic when I found out their wedding was taking place in the Cannon Beach area. The stretches of coastlines are some of the most picturesque in the Pacific Northwest. It is also one of my favorite places to go on the weekend due to its’ public access, stretches of beautiful tide pools, rocky beaches and Jurassic Park-like forests.
