A Timberline Lodge Wedding

Avid hikers and adventurers, Isobel and Joshua were high school sweethearts that got engaged in Austria outside the oldest public library in the middle of a rose garden. Their love for the outdoors and the mountains were very fitting for their sunrise intimate ceremony at one of my favorite mountain retreats, Timberline Lodge. It was my first time to photograph a wedding at sunrise and a stay overnight at the lodge.

An Oregon Coast Elopement

Kristy and Logan have travelled the world together. Fate brought these two together while touring across Europe years ago. The day of their elopement was special. This area was founded in 1928 to conserve endangered species and educate the community.

The stretches of coastlines are some of the most picturesque in the Pacific Northwest. It is also one of my favorite places to go on the weekend due to its’ public access, stretches of beautiful tide pools, rocky beaches and Jurassic Park-like forests.

Sallie + Aaron’s spring wedding on the snowy slopes of Mount Hood could take your breath away. Their intimate wedding was held at the historic Silcox Hut in Timberline Lodge. The day was truly a dream. Many mountaineers know that the weather on Mount Hood can be temperamental and can change very quickly.
