New Year, New Start: Anchor & Pine Collective

Happy New Year everyone! I am very excited to finally share my new venture, Anchor & Pine Collective with everyone as we begin a bright and adventurous 2018. Many of my friends and family have wondered what my new business is all about, so I am here to tell you!

I have been dreaming and pondering about a huge gap missing in my life, and that was my creative space. Creativity and the arts have always led my life, whether it be through filmmaking, photography, acting, singing or drawing. I've been asking myself lately, "How do I bring together my love for natural wonders, capturing endless smiles of people in these places, and protecting these captivating landscapes?" I will still continue my work in occupational health sciences promoting workplace safety, health, and well-being programs, but this work will help me fulfill a dream of helping others get outdoors!

What is Anchor & Pine Collective?

Anchor & Pine Collective is a community of services that includes photography, film and adventure that is inspired by the outdoors, and a deep desire to travel across land and sea. Because some of my greatest memories have been created on mountain tops watching pastel sunsets, basking on my surfboard in the middle of sparkling ocean waves, and meandering through trails guided by never-ending pines.

Beyond photography and film, Anchor & Pine Collective will also offer outdoor travel coaching and planning services, community events, and conservation opportunities around the Pacific Northwest wonderland. My hopes for the future is to move beyond the Pacific Northwest to other parts of the U.S., and around the WORLD...baby steps.

So as we embark on this journey together, this collective is a place where we can help inspire each another to get outdoors, and to remind ourselves that each of the marvelous and majestic public lands need our endless protection and appreciation. I am here to help you find your HAPPY outside. I am here to serve you in capturing and finding those moments of inner peace out in Mother Nature. Because going green is my meditation!
