A Coastal Elopement

Kenton + Alexis travelled all the way from Texas for their coastal elopement on the Oregon Coast. I have always wanted to capture an elopement at Ecola State Park, so when they reached out, I was ecstatic to hear their location choice. Ecola State Park is one of the most marvelous gems on the Oregon Coastline. It's a must-stop for each person visiting Oregon. It's a sanctuary of forested trees that meets the sea, where beaches are filled with glimmering tide pools and scenic costal cliff sides.

Although the tide interrupted the ceremony several times, it was a ceremony filled with so many beautiful moments. One of the things that resonated with me was when the officiant said, "Marriage is like the ocean's tide and it waves, beautiful, yet unpredictable at times. In marriage, you need to be ready for change at any given time." I am always so grateful to take part in creating new memories with amazing souls.
